The monthly management fee is subtracted from your overall monthly advertising subscription and covers VIP administration of your advertising budget.  It also allows you to benefit from our extensive real estate advertising knowledge so that you can focus on listing property instead of reinventing the ad wheel.

So $950 - $237.50 Management Fee = $712.50 for Google Adwords Spending

In the event that your monthly Google Adwords Spending budget is not spent, it will be rolled over into the next month's advertising budget.

This allows us to account for monthly search volume fluctuations without interrupting your monthly subscription plan.

No.  We put strict budget limits in place when setting up your Google Ads campaign to prevent this from happening.

Of course!  Although we do build amazing IDX Real Estate Websites for Listing Agents, you don't have to buy one to benefit from our Google Advertising service.

Instead, we can build optimized landing pages for you on ListingAgents.com!  This has the added benefit of using our domain, which gives you additional credibility.  (Don't worry: your landing pages won't show our normal site menu or have a way for people to click away to other portions of the site.  It's all about you!)

But even better, we can build several different versions of the same landing page and test them against each other.  This process is known as A/B Testing, and it's the #1 way to find out which versions of your landing pages work best in your market!

We have a no-refund policy for all Real Estate Leads and Google Adwords management services.

This is because once your budget is spent there is no way to get a refund from Google.  Also, it takes many hours to properly setup and administer an online advertising campaign.

So while you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, we do not provide refunds on any one-time setup fees or monthly subscription fees that have already been charged to your credit or debit card.
